无法找回时如何重新注册
如果申诉多次未通过，或封禁原因是严重违规，建议放弃旧号，重新注册新账号。Telegram允许同一设备多个账号，但要避免旧习惯导致新号又封。
等一段时间后重新注册
轻微封禁有时是临时的，等1-4周后，用原手机号尝试登录，可能自动解封。同时，准备一个稳定VPN，确保IP干净，避免频繁切换。新注册时，先小号养几天：只加少量群、正常聊天，不要批量操作。
换绑一个成品账号的手机号
